Return and Refund Policy
Refunds & Returns
At Purrfpets, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.
To be eligible for a return (excluding faulty products), your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective products, which may be returned for a refund during the warranty period.
To start a return, please contact us at support@purrfpets.com and include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. We will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account: Ensure the refund has been posted.
- Contact your credit card company: It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank: Refund processing times can vary.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@purrfpets.com. We’ll assist you promptly.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, please send it to the address provided after initiating your return request. You will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order that hasn’t shipped yet, please email us at support@purrfpets.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations or changes may not be possible for orders that are already processed or awaiting dispatch.
